Ramaini helps singles make safe connections based on real chemistry! While we are still in the process of building out our networking/friendship feature, you can delete your profile and come back. Let me walk you through those steps.
1. TO DELETE: If you’re ready to say goodbye for good, simply go into the “Profile” page, click the “Delete Account” button near the bottom, and voila – you’ve done it! Once you delete your account, all information is also deleted within our servers. We don’t sell your information to third parties and we don’t archive it for any purpose.
In alignment with other apps, simply deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. In order to fully be removed from Ramaini, you must follow step #1 above. If you’d like to confirm the deletion was a success, simply try to log back into the Ramaini App. If it prompts you to create a new profile, it’s because you don’t have one on file.
If you find that the “Delete Account” button isn’t working for your account, you can contact us at ramainiseva@gmail.com. Email to them the following so they may delete the account manually:
- Your full name
• Phone number associated with account
• Email address
The verification process may take some time as authenticity of user must be verified prior to manual deletion.
